These are located in the Renaissance Tower, Buildings A and B, and in the Five Seasons Center. They may either be OCEAN FRONT, OCEAN VIEW, PRIME OCEAN VIEW, MODERATE OCEAN VIEW or COURTYARD VIEW. Each condo sleeps between four and six people.

Deposit Policy
In order to secure your reservation, we require a deposit equal to 1/2 of the total charges plus a non-refundable $30.00 processing fee. The remaining charges must be paid 30 days prior to your arrival date. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival must be paid in full at the time the reservation is made.
