| Age Requirements | Persons occupying a vacation condominium must include an occupant who is at least 23.

| Bed Sizes | All units have one queen size bed and one queen sleeper. In addition, some studios and one
bedrooms have bunk beds for small children. All two bedroom units have a queen bed in one
room and twin beds (2) in the other.

| Bike Weeks | The Popularity of the Myrtle Beach Resort
during biker weeks has necessitated the implementation of a few policies
created to accommodate our guests more comfortably.

|
| Cancellation Policy | IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION, refund of your pre-paid rent will be made less a $30 reservation fee, providing notice of cancellation is received 30 days or more in advance of your confirmed arrival date. If the cancellation occurs within 30 days of your arrival date, your prepaid rent will be forfeited.

Check-in Time is 4 PM; check-out time is 10 AM.

| Check Policy | Personal checks are accepted for your deposit or payment in full providing they reach our office two weeks prior to your arrival. The balance of your account, due at check-in, should be paid with cash, travelers checks, or certified funds. Should you wish to pay your balance with a personal check when you arrive, it will be electronically authorized and a 2% charge will be added for this expense. Persons wishing to use a VISA or MasterCard will be charged an additional 5% to cover our expense.

| Cleaning Costs | Resort Vacation Services condominiums are "housekeeping" units and do not receive daily
maid service unless requested. Daily maid service is available for $12 per day.
Departure cleaning is $40 for a one bedroom or studio, and $50 for a two bedroom unit.

| Deposit Policy | In order to secure your reservation, we require a deposit equal to 1/2 of the rent plus a $30.00 processing fee. The remaining charges must be paid 30 days prior to your arrival date. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival must be paid in full at the time the reservation is made.

|
| Directions | From the north (Rte 95): Exit onto 301 South off of U.S. 95 at the North Carolina-South
Carolina border. In approximately 14 miles bear off to your left on U.S. 501. Stay on 501
for approximately 57 miles to U.S.-17 and go south. In 5.4 miles turn left on S.C. #544 and continue
2 miles to Bus #17. Turn left on 17 and the Resort will be 600 yards on the right -
just beyond the white fence.

| From the west (Georgia, Greenville, Columbia, etc. Rte. 20): Exit Rte. 20 onto U.S. 76 E
near Florence, SC. Stay on 76E about 22 miles and fork off to the right onto SC-576E.
576 becomes U.S. 501. Stay on 501 for approximately 57 miles to U.S.-17 and go south. In 5.4 miles turn left on S.C. #544 and continue for 2 miles to Bus.#17.
Turn left on 17 and the Resort will be 600 yards on the right - just beyond the white fence.

| From the south (Rte 95): Take exit 33 off of Rte. 95 onto U.S. 17 N. to Garden City at which
point you have the opportunity to fork left onto U.S. 17 or fork right onto U.S. #17 Bus.
(There is a Holiday Inn Express at this intersection.) Take the right fork and go about seven
miles. The Resort will be about 600 yards beyond the entrance to Ocean Lakes Campground
(on the right - at the end of the white fence.)

| Furnishings | Every condominium is privately owned and therefore individually furnished to the owner's taste.
They are all equipped with central air and heat, CATV, vacuum cleaner, microwave, toaster,
blender, and coffee maker. Also provided are kitchen utensils, dining ware, and cookware.

| Golf Packages | Resort Vacation Services utilizes a Golfing Specialist to create our packages which include
accommodations, pre-reserved tee times and an optional rental car. Call for additional
information 1- (888)MBRESOR(t).

| Holiday Surcharges | Resort Vacation Services does not increase our rates during busy holiday periods as many
other rental companies do.
|
|
| Honeymoon Packages | Although we do not offer Honeymoon Packages per se, we do have nice ocean front studio
condominiums with a living area, full kitchen, and queen bed overlooking the beach.
|
|
| Jacuzzis | While there are no Jacuzzi Units, there are several Jacuzzis throughout the Resort, both
indoors and out.
|
|
| Linen Package | Condos are provided with linen and towels, etc. April 1 - Sept. 1 for $42.00 per stay. Guests may chose to provide their own linen at other times.
Our linen package consists of sheets and pillow cases for all the beds including the queen sleeper couch. It also includes 8 bath towels, 6 wash cloths, 4 hand towels, 2 bath mats, 1 dish towel and 1 dish cloth.

| Location | The Myrtle Beach Resort has an excellent location on the
south end just minutes from all major attractions. It is approximately three miles to
the center of Myrtle Beach, seven miles to Murrell's Inlet, twenty miles to North Myrtle Beach, and six miles to Broadway at the Beach.

|
| Meeting Rooms | There is one meeting room available that is capable of seating approximately 75 people
theater style. We will refer you to a caterer should you wish to have food service.
|
|
| Occupancy Limits | All two bedroom units accommodate six persons. Although some studios and one bedroom
units have sleeping accommodations for six, we recommend an occupancy limit of
4 persons.
|
|
| Pet Policy | The Resort Homeowners Association does not permit pets of any type beyond the security
gate. There are kennels available in Myrtle Beach should you wish to bring your pet.
|
|
| Post Office Boxes | Post Office boxes are available for longer term visitors. They may be secured in advance of
your arrival by calling the Homeowners Association offices at ((843) 828-1300.
|
|
| Rental Patterns | During the summer season and the two weeks surrounding Easter, we generally require one
week's occupancy, Saturday to Saturday. Since there are occasional exceptions to this
policy, ask our reservationist if this pattern does not conform to your travel plans.

| Resort Rental Companies | While Resort Vacation Services is on site and is the largest company dealing exclusively with
Myrtle Beach Resort rentals, there are other companies that rent here as well. Since all of the
units are privately owned, an owner may chose any rental company or rent it himself.
|
|
| Restaurants | While the Resort does not include a full service restaurant, it does have a deli type restaurant
and ocean front cabana bar (seasonal). There are many, many restaurants nearby.
|
|
| Taxes/Fees | Rental taxes/fees on condominiums equal
12%. They do not pertain to units
leased over ninety days.
|
|
| Senior Discounts | Senior citizens (55 or older) renting and occupying a condominium are afforded a 10%
discount on the rental rate providing that no other discount or special is included.
|
|
| Non-Smoking Units | While some of our units are designated as "Non-Smoking", we are unable to guarantee their
availability nor that the previous tenant has abided by this rule.
|
|
| Special Rates | Resort Vacation Services continuously advertises "Specials" on our web site. Refer to it
frequently to obtain the best rates. In order to receive a "special rate", you must request it.
Previously confirmed rates cannot be altered.

|
| Telephone Service | All units have one telephone and their own number. Local calls are free and long distance
calls must be made collect or with a telephone credit card.
|
|
| Transportation | Myrtle Beach is a "car town". The attractions are spread up and down the beach. Those of
you who choose to fly in are best off renting a car. You may secure taxi service to the Resort
for a nominal fee (approximately $15.00).

| Utility Charges | Long term
renters are responsible for monthly electrical charges over $90 in a 2 bedroom
condominium;
$60 in a 1 bedroom condo or studio.

|
| Views | The entire Resort is located between the highway (Business 17) and the ocean. There are no public roads between any condos and the beach. The resort has Two Bedroom, One Bedroom, and Studio units available with varying views of the ocean. View designations are described below: Ocean Front - Directly facing the beach/ocean. Prime Ocean View - While on the side, the view of the ocean and beach is superior. Ocean View - Again, on the side but with an excellent view of the beach/ocean. Moderate Ocean View - A side unit from which the ocean is visible but the view decreases as the distance from the beach increases. Non Ocean View - You cannot see the beach or ocean from your unit.
